Marzocchi 55 Evo Ti RC3 Air pump

Hi guys,

I bought a 2nd hand 2012 55 Evo Ti and tried adjusting it to my weight

However is the Marz 55 air valve different from others? It doesnt seem to fit my fox fork pump because the treads are on the inside of the valve instead of outside.

I tried searching up on this with many terms but to no avail, having to start a new thread.


Ps. Also I weight about 60kg with gear. The manual says I should pump 15psi into the fork. Any one has any tips on this as well as setting up the fork? This is the first coil fork I own

Marz uses a different air valve (nice of them isnt it?). It comes in the box with the new fork, looks like the guy you bought it from didn't pass it on to you.

Oh dang! I did not even know about this. Well I got it at a pretty good price where I live so Im not gonna complain.

Did the adapter work for you? I have problems getting it off without releasing air.

Keep the pump attached to the fitting when you unscrew the fitting from the fork.
