    Marzocchi 55 eta 2

My fork is compressing only about a third of its travel. Anybody know whats up. I was in Winter Park for a couple of races and was unable to compete after this happened during warm up.

I would say your best bet is to give Marzocchi a call. They have some very knowledgeable technical support guys.

Call them, get a RA number and send it back. I've sent my 55 back 3 times for the same exact problem in the last year. It is a design flaw and one the seals break. Fork works great when it works, but get a back-up because you'll be sending it back a lot.

My turn around was 3 weeks.

And Marz have solved the problem.

You will get the revised (fixed) damper when you send it in for warranty.
