Marzocchi 44 ATA TST2 Fork stuck down...

I need some help, lads. I noticed after my last ride that my fork had sunk down and it won't rebound fully. It's originally a 140mm fork but it seems like it's closer to 100mm now. I checked the air pressure, it's around 100 psi. I searched around and saw that there were quite a few problems with Marzocchi forks doing this type of thing, though I didn't really find a definite answer. Is there a fix that I should do myself or should I just send it in to Marzocchi (I hear the C/S is terrible)?

The bike is a 2009 Jamis XCT 2.0, the fork came with it, and I bought it in April of this year, so I should have a warranty on the fork, right?

I've got another question as I haven't done this before. How do you deflate the ATA chamber?
