    Kind Shock Eten Upside down

Just bought the ETen dropper post and i read in the owners manual that if the post is turned upside down, because is has an open bath air/oil cartridge (beyond me what that means), the post will not function properly until you cycle the seat up/down a few times and/or wait for the air and oil to separate. I will be moving to an apartment and would like to hang my bike on the wall without worrying that the post wont function when i take the bike down, does anybody have an experience with this? Is there a specific angle at which it begins having issues (maybe hanging the bike by its rear wheel will be ok?)? and will repeated air/oil mixing cause the shock to function improperly long term if done many times?

If you hang your bike upside down I would worry more about your brakes if they are hydraulic. With hydraulic brakes you don't want to store your bike with the calipers higher than the levers as this can cause any air in the system to end up in the calipers. Air in the calipers will reduce braking power and give you a mushy feeling brake lever and you might even have to bleed the brakes.

wouldnt any air in the line at all reduce braking power and give a mushy feel? I thought it was a closed system so if there is no air in there now it should stay that way regardless of orientation?
