Just converted Lyrik RC2DH to coil and i have 2 questions...

Hello. I just converted my 2011 Lyrik rc2 dh to a coil, which is my first coil fork and i have a couple of questions if anyone out there can answer. First, I changed the spring from Blue to Red and now i can sort of hear the coil vibrate on the rebound. Is that normal? Theres no trick to swapping out springs is there (other than unscrewing top cap, removing old, greasing new with slick honey, inserting new, replace top cap, cycle fork)? Will it go away as i ride and the spring and other new parts break in? do you adjust preload/sag on this puppy???

Im very excited to find coil nirvana!

The coil slapping sound is normal. You can reduce/eliminate it with some shrink wrap placed around the center of the spring.
If you hear the spring Mae nose ear the top of the rebound, the adding soe preload will help.
No trick to swapping springs, just remove top cap and swap.
The sound my go away, but not likely.
Preload/sag is done via spacers you can get. The solo air top cap actually works really well, IMO better than the regular top cap. It has about 1spacer worth of preload.
