ISX6 rebuild.. is there a ball bearing in the shock somewhere?

    I rebuilt my ISX6..

I rebuilt it at work over an oil catch bin. While cycling it, the rebound needle and spring popped out into the bin. I found a 1/8th ball bearing inside the bin.

I have no idea if this bearing came out of my shock, or if it was in there before. I cant find a parts diagram for the ISX6 either!

Anyone have any input? The bearing fit perfectly into the top cap, and i installed it... and it bent my rebound shaft! I straightened it, but the damage may have been done. At the bottom of the damper it also looks like a bearing might fit.. then again, the bearing might have been there before i started working on the shock.

Its together now, and I have insufficient rebound damping. Before, the shock rebound adjustment would go from fast to ridiculous slow. Now its just fast.

Ill buy a new rebound needle, but I need to clear up this spare bearing issue! Thanks in advance.

Not that one, but thank you. Its a bigger bearing. Not cleaning out the pan first was a really dumb idea!
