Installed crown race..but just pushed it inplace with my fingers..

Ok I just got my On one fork in today via Fedex...I was excited I pulled out my Cane Creek's headset crown race waiting to be installed slid it down the steerer tube added some force with my fingers and it became seated...this has never happened bad is this?

It doesn't wiggle, but I used no excessive force to drive it in place...

You should be fine. The crown race is basically just there for something for the bearings to sit on. As long as it's snug, it's performing it's function.
