    Identifying Epicon Model

    Hi,

I just bought an Epicon but I dont have a manual or any paper going with it. Is there any way to determine the model? And where do I look if I want to know how to tune the fork to my liking?

here is the photo of the fork (I will still have it adjusted to 100mm travel since the lbs forgot to adjust from 140 to 100)

Fork is black, with Gold-ish Epicon text and Gold-ish knobs and red thing at the rebound adjustment below the fork

    by the way,

kindly take a look at the photo. My exposed stanchions are about 140mm. Does that mean its set at 140mm travel? So no good for my frame right? Im going to ask the shop to reduce it by 40mm

Take some a photos of the crown, the bottom of the legs and any stickers on it to show what adjustments can be done on it.

Where did you buy it from and what was it advertised as?

Could be a 2012 or 2013 OEM model.

'OEM' forks are what's supplied to bike manufacturers and can sometimes be slightly different to the 'Aftermarket' forks that that are shown on the manufacturers websites.
