Help me fix my Rock Shox Coupe Deluxe

I have an old school Gary Fisher Joshua with a rock Shox coupe deluxe. The shock locks out and has a cable that goes through an eyelet. Does anyone know how to tighten the cable. I have had the damn thing apart 2 times and can't figure out how to tighten out the slack. I cant find a screw, bolt or allen head anywhere. I am baffled.

Screw is at rear of sliding piston that cable threads through. Tiny allen screw of maybe 1.5 or 2mm. I just acquired a Joshua and am in the process of getting it ready.

Or get a pop-lock lever which has a screw cap for the compressions adjustment that will take up the cable slack.
