Have 2009 Scott Spark 60, can I replace/upgrade my shocks?

I am having trouble trying to adjust my shock. Maybe because I'm 215 lbs and no matter what I do, I sit and it damps or maybe I'm doing something wrong? But all I see is the lockout switch and a blue dial. No matter what I do on the dial it seems almost the same to me, except that it sticks almost when I turn it all the way till it can't turn anymore.
Any help or thoughts is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Post some photos of your shock so we can see what you have.

Hi Cobba. I was going to post the pics but I talked to my LBS and they just said to come in and they'll feed air into it since I told them, No matter what rebound I put it in..most of the time..it sags the same length. Thank you so much anyways.

btw, its a Manitou Radium from 2009.
