Fuji 2001 Nevada suspension little tired

    Hi,

have a 2001 Fuji Nevada that has served me well over the years & have replaced most of the parts over the past few months, all that remains is the front Forks. Would like to replace the springs but have instead opted to buy a new fork. Less complicated.

I see on eBay RST Capa T10 26" 80mm Fork Black No Steerer - think perhaps the best option is probably to pick these or something similar up. Not having taken the head tube apart (or any head tube for that matter) and if am measuring correctly it looks like a steerer tube length of 304mm is required. That seems quite long.

Can anyone tell me how difficult will it be to find a steerer tube for that fork? Can I reuse the old one? Suppose that depends on whether or not it's pressed in.

    Thanks

I'm not going to buy my kids an encyclopedia. Let them walk to school like I did.
