Fox Polymer mounting hardware on a Marz Roco LO

Hi all, I just got a new rear shock for my SC Nickel. It's a Marz Roco LO. My old shock is a 2012/2013 Fox Float RL with the polymer mounting hardware.

I've heard conflicting opinions if the hardware is transferable. Has anyone had experience doing this? What I found is I can press (with a rubber mallet) the mounting pin from the Fox through the Roco eye but with only the black polymer spacer (the flange bushings will not fit inside the smaller I.D. of the Roco), there is still some exposed mounting pin. If I had TWO black polymers for each side, then I'd be ok I think...

Any ideas or do I just need to suck it up and order the Marz mounting kit? Thanks a billion!!

Fox mounting hardware I am referring to:

Yes you should be able to use that mounting system. You need to remove the DU/DP bushing from the Roco in order to install the flange bushings.
