Fox Float steerer tube too short

Hi, I have a Fox Float 100 RLC that I want to transfer from my Yeti ASR to my Trek TopFuel frame. Unfortunately, due to the difference in head tube lengths, the Fox steerer tube is approximately 1.5-2.0 inches too short. Short of buying another fork, what are my options? There is not enough variance with spacers and stems to accomodate such a difference. is it possible to fit a new steerer tube? or buy a new steerer, crown, stanchion assembly?
