Fox Float and RP23 Warranty Service?

I recently purchased a GT Sensor 1.0 and am curious as to how I go about receiving warranty service for my Fox stuff. I got the bike in May 2012 and its a 2011 model and I also got it wholesale since my employer this summer had a distributer agreement with GT. Will this prevent me from getting warranty service on my Fox stuff since they ask for a copy of the original purchase receipt, wich is something I don't have and I'm not sure my boss from this summer does either...

Am I **** out of luck?

    Just call Fox directly.
They are easy to work with.

I dealt w/ Fox on a couple rear shocks. The first was a Float RL that was less than a year old, I called, sent it in and it was repaired. My next RP23 was, as is your situation, a newly purchased old stock bike (no reciept) they would not warrant that shock. Easy to call and see what they can do.
