I have a Float 100RLC and have just noticed that when I try to adjust the Rebound Adjuster knob, it turns dozens of times counterclockwise. According to the manual there is supposed to be 12 clicks of adjustment, which tells me that after 12 turns the knob should stop. It does stop at some point when turned clock wise. I then turn it 6 clicks counterwise as the manual states is a starting point for adjustment. It seems to me that the knob should eventually stop when turned counterclockwise. The Fork was installed January of 2004 and has never been serviced. I am also getting some mysterious clicking from the front and do not know if it is the fork or not. I just cannot track down the noise, it is almost like a clicking sound. Is it time for a new fork, or can this fork be fixed at a resonable price relative to a new fork?
