New question here. Fox 32 Float CTD 29 vs. Manitou Marvel TS Air 29

Hi all! I want to buy a new bike, and choose between this two:

    1) Cube LTD 29 SL
    2) Cube LTD 29 Pro

Main difference is a suspension fork. Which is better:

    1) Fox 32 Float CTD 29 (Cube LTD 29 SL)
    2) Manitou Marvel TS Air 29 (Cube LTD 29 Pro)

I will use it for soft cross-country, without extreme. I need better damper, and i heard, that Manitou has Absolute+ - best damper at this price.

Second requirement - maintain as rarely as possible. Because i will travel on this bike about 500-700 km to uninhabited places and and I will be very limited in the tools and time.

So, which fork will be better for my case?

Being a 29'er you could also go for a rigid fork...

No, i will travel not only on asphalt and solid ground. Meadows, fields, marshes, forests - i think, suspension fork will be more convenient. But I don't know which of the two is better.

Both are very good forks. The Manitou is more adjustable, the float is lighter. Honestly, you will be happy with either one.

The manitou has a larger range of external compression adjustment and is easily internally adjustable to give a huge range of compression.

The Manitou should require less frequent and less complicated maintenance.
