Fox 32 F120R vs RockShox Recon 351 Solo Air

I'm looking at a 2009 Trek Fuel ex7 which comes with the Recon, and a 2008 Giant Trance X2 which comes with the Fox fork. Can anyone give me a good comparison of these two forks, or at least a little info on the fox 32?

I found a few details on the Recon, but I can't even find out if the F120R has lockout.

Sorry if I'm trying to compare apples to oranges, I just want to see if these are on the same level, or if the fox fork is just their basic fork they slap on factory bikes.

    thanks

I'm running a F100 RLC on my hardtail and I'm quite happy with it. Never rode a Recon.

The F120R doesn't have lock out, but it's a much lighter chassis than the Recon and has a much better damping system. The Fox is an all around better fork.
