Fox 32 140 RLC 2012 Air piston removal..

Which way does the air piston come out? Ive seen some saying out the top, past the threads and others saying only out the bottom now, after removing the circlips.

The fox service site doesnt mention for these exact forks.

I have a new air piston seal/scraper coming from fox to hopefully prevent the dreaded "air migrating to the air chamber" problem.

    Cheers for any help.

I believe on all the 32s you can go still go through the top as well as on the 36s.
I just did a 32 and 36 through the top.
I think it's the models of 34s that you need to go through the bottom now.
Just release the air, undo the foot nuts on the lowers, compress the fork, and pull the spring out of the top.
If you've got a lot of fluid in the air chamber, drain it/pour it out completely before popping the spring out the top.

Thanks, thats what I was hoping.

Actually I only have the correct 5ml of float fluid in the air chamber but they havent been used yet... just pre-empting possible future problems.
