    Domain 318 u-turn to lyrik coil u-turn?

Ok so I have a working brand spanking new domain 318 and I'm also getting a lyrik from a friend of mine. It has been ridden hard and seals are blown out and stanchion scratched and beat to he'll lowers. I also have a new lyrik upper coming in the mail as well. So I was wondering if anyone knew what all parts I needed to swap over and what all I can use to mate up my domain lowers with the lyrik upper so I can basically transform my new looking domain into a new looking lyrik for a quarter the price as a new fork? Thanks.

you can definitely use the lowers, bushings and so forth. You wont be able to use the internals though unfortunately. The reason being that the wall thickness of the steel domain stanchions is thinner than the aluminum ones from the lyrik.

basically you are coming out of this with a new lyrik with and old damper and spring which are probably fine anyway. If you payed less than 300 bucks total you got a screaming deal. I actually have the same situation except the new lyrik uppers. I wish i could afford those. maybe in the future.
