Different oil levels in lower leggs Fox Talas.

    Hy,
Just serviced my Talas (2009 36 Talas R 160mm version) yesterday evening and the techdocs from Fox tell me to pour 30cc of oil in the demper side ans 15cc in the talas side. Since I noticed there was barely oil resting in the talas side (last service was this autumm) so I poured also 30cc in the left legg.

Does anybody know where the differences in volume come from? Has the talas side more oil deplacement so it needs lesser oil to come at the same level as the demper side?

    Thx

Isn't the 36 Talas R an open bath damper?
