    Hi guys,
My new dbair has a huge starting friction first 8mm of the stoke. Is this normal or there some issue?

Could be many things going on.
First, the shock may just need to be broken in.
Second, maybe your LSC is set to high.
And do you have the right tune for your bike.
And lastly is your sag set correctly.

Sag is correct, even at 0 LSC there is friction. The shock is ~2h descends. Initially LSC was rotating endlessly counter clockwise, which was strange as well.

Contact Cane Creek. Sounds like your LSC has malfunctioned if you have endless Rotations in counterclockwise.
