Correctlly setting pressue in Fox Float RP2

My 07 Giant Anthem 2 came with a Fox Float RP2 rear shock. I am uncertain as to how to correctly set the pressure in it. After the move I cant find the user manual or I'd look myself. I'm 6'1" 185lbs at the moment. That factors into setting the shock right?

Base the setting on sag. You want about 1/3 of the shock travel used in sag. You need a shock pump to set it and not lose pressure on disconnecting the hose.

I have pump that came with the shock... thank goodness.
