CCDB or Vivid 5.1 Pushed on an Enduro?

Which shock would work better on a 2005 specialized Enduro , CCDB or a Vivid 5.1 + Push Factory Tuning system? Both shocks are used and the price would be about the same.

The bike used is for all mountain - rough singletrack type stuff use with a few jumps thrown in and lots of climbing, I'll probably visit a few bike parks this summer also ( Silverstar and Sunpeaks)

I imagine both shocks would be close in plushness but will the 5.1 be lacking in the pedalling dept vs the CCDB .

I've also read the CCDB shocks dont work as well on bikes with leverage ratios less than 2.5, True or false . FWIW, the Enduro has a 2.4 leverage ratio.

The main benefit to the CCDB is that you can very precisely tune it to the riding you're doing that day. Take the little wrench with you on the trail and you can nearly adjust it as if it were a pro pedal knob. Sounds to me that you're doing a very wide spectrum of riding which could make the CCDB a worthwhile investment. I demo'ed one for a couple weeks and it was a really nice shock.

I'm sure the Vivid is nice but I've never been on one and it is lacking in the amount of adjustability. It also means that you can't over-adjust the shock into a place where it rides like crap. But if you make small adjustments at a time then you shouldn't ever worry about making any shock ride like crap. It's set and forget vs the monster of all adjustable setups. I like to adjust so I prefer the CCDB, your opinions may differ.
Don't you hate it when a sentence doesn't end the way you think it octopus?

Just wondering if you ended up getting a new shock for your enduro? If so, was it an easy install? What size did you get? I'm thinking of doing the same to my 2005 enduro.
