Cannot get my front end to feel right. Rockshox Rl 2012

Hey guys. I have a 2012 Rockshox RL 29er fork on my Niner emd. I'm 125lbs, but I had to set this fork with enough air to support a 190lb person. It kept bottoming out(compressing all the way), which would send me flying over the bars if it caught me off guard.

When I ride, it's nearly fully compressed. I know it says to set the compression using the positive air pressure at 25%, but it's more like 30-50% and I cannot get it near 25. It's way off and feels like a butt.
Does it sounds like it's out of oil?

Anyone have any baseline suggestions? I cant get it right and I'm getting frustrated.

Has it always been like this--
Should or could be under warranty. Call Sram and talk to tech. It sounds like it needs a rebuild with Enduro seals if out of warranty.

What pressure are you running? Is it a dual air? Do you have the -air pressure higher then the +air pressure?

Yep, it's dual air. I have about 120lbs in each... both equal. Think i should try running the negative a bit lower than the positive?

Try letting all the air out of the -air side and pump the +air to around 95. If it's holding air and you still have 30-50% sag then something else is going on.

I believe that one of the reasons that RS went to the solo air is the difficulty of doing a good set-up on the dual air.

I'm a bit confused by your terminology. You say compression set to 25% but I think you mean sag.

Also, is this a Reba rl?

Have you messed with the rebound setting at all?

What pressure are you putting in it?
    WHY ARE YOU YELLING??!1

Run the positive higher than the negative until you notice a decrease in small bump compliance - offers less dive. I ran 15-20 psi higher in the + w/ my Reba Team 29er. Ask 10 different riders, of the same weight and same terrain, and you will get a lot of different #'s for Dual Air setups. Experimentation is key to getting a proper spring rate out of a Dual Air fork.

Sounds like something is broken to me if you are really that light and running those pressures.
