    Can you lower a 2014 fox 34 talas 29 to 130/110?

Im looking at getting a a new 29er (ripley) and thinking that i might want to customize the fork, of course....

anyways, i've heard you can modify the travel of the lower position but i didn't know if you could modify the max travel position. i pretty legit source told me that you can not modify the 140 position, and only the stock 110 position.

I'd like to bring the max height to 130 if possible - anyone know if this is doable?

I know you can go from 160 to 150 on the 26" by converting to the OEM 150 lower shaft. But, I don't know if there's a 29er 130 OEM made.

    Specialized has a 130/105

    It's on their 2013 29er Stumpjumpers. It's a Fox TALAS 32 tapered 29er FIT CTD 130/105 15QR.

I am slo interested in the 34mm fork , but don't want to increase the travel. I like the way the bike handles now, but would like increased rigidity in the rocks and severe DH sections.
