    can I brake rear shock?

    can I brake FOX DHX 4.0 and ride only on coil?

    Are you saying you broke the rebound function on the shock? If so, then don't ride on it, get it fixed.
    If that's not what you meant, then I don't have a clue what you're talking about

    currently shock work great.
    I want brake damping function of shock, and ride only on rebound steel coil.

    LOL, not a good move mate, it was built to be used with the damping system, why do you want to break it?

    Why don't you just trade with someone for an entry level rear shock?

    I'm sure someone with an entry level shock would love to trade you.

    That way you have a "coil only" shock without destroying a perfectly good rear shock.

    Run the rebound wide open & 0 psi in the Boost Valve = No dampning.
