    Buzzys shock nectar viscosity??? anyone????

ok, so long story short... I can't find jack on the actual viscosity of the buzzy's line of fork oils. ( i think its like the CsT value at a specific temp, or something?). I had no idea that there was such a disparity in fork oils when I performed the first oil change. Now that I have some time on the fork, and need to change again, I want to go to a lighter oil, BUT I want to KNOW that the oil is lighter and by how much.

so, anyone got some specs on the Buzzy's shock nectar (5w)? or what are some good fork oils in the 2.5w range? I'm trying to soften up my RS Domian. Thanks for any help,
    ~max

If they can't disclose the viscosity of the oil, you should look else where for oil. And at the price that they are charging you can oil from a reputable brand.

I found that link on another thread and have scoured the list. Cant find any Buzzy's product on it.

checked their own site... nada. thats part of why I'm wanting to switch oils. But I dont wanna spend a lot of time or money guessing and trying to get my suspension dialed.

Got an answer! Emailed the company awhile ago, and not one but TWO responses to my inquiry were mailed back.

Here's the info I received, for anyone else who might need it too:

    COLOR/ WEIGHT/ cSt@40/ cSt@100
    purple/ 5/ 16/ 4.5
    red/ 7/ 24/ 5
    gold/ 10/ 32/ 5.5

That's funny.... it looks like Maxima according to the chart but without the viscosity index number it's impossible to tell
