Boxxer r2c2, problem?
The boxxer r2c2 on my bike doesn't act any differently no matter the rebound, comp and bottom out settings. I can turn all or any of the knobs all the way clockwise, bounce the fork, turn all or any of the knobs all the way counter-clockwise, and there's no change in its behavior.
The bike and fork are brand new.
What might be the problem?
Hold it up to the computer so we can look at it...
One side is the damper, one side the spring. You might have a damper issue: low oil, mechanical problem. You'll need to have it serviced. Maybe have the shop look at it?

The bike is from YT. So there's not really a shop to go back to.
I'll correct myself: The rebound IS affected by the turning of the rebound knob.
But the compression still is not. I've read up on the internals of the fork now and I'm wondering if filling up the oil in the lower legs (10ml and 40ml resp.) is likely to fix the problem or do you think I'll have to fill up the upper (drive side) aswell, with the 239ml stated in the owner's manual?
If the lower legs oil level is the problem it seems really easy to fix, but if it's both upper and lower it seems to be more of a pain in the A. Still doable though.
