bad bushings on '98 Judy SL, fixable or trash?

Is it even possible to get replacement bushings for this fork, and would RS or any lbs be willing to do the rebuild? Are there any options other than trashing it?

It only has 3 or 4 years of riding on it. This is pre-bath, has a coil and closed cartridge, which are both in good shape. I've taken apart and cleaned and buttered once or twice but under experienced supervision, so from what i've read in manuals this job is a little too much for me and may even require some specialty tools.

Its been such a good fork and I just hate to put her down.

Bushing Kits are still available....but the key would be to find a shop that still has the tooling to actually change the bushings.
