Any reason not to buy a 2004 Manitou Skareb Comp?

Bikesmart has them on sale for $150. It's the OEM version. The one I checked out in a store a few months ago seemed decent enough, though it probably wasn't a 2004 model. FWIW, I'm 190lbs and a moderately aggressive XC rider. I don't do jumps and rarely get either wheel more than a foot off the ground. This fork will be going on a 1998 Klein Pulse.

    I say buy it

I'm no Manitou fan, but the fork gets decent reviews, and for $150.00 you certainly won't do any better. Get 'em while they're hot.
