98 Rock Shox SID SL service questions

I have a 98 Schwinn Homegrown Factory XTR - it came with a rock shox SID SL. I've had this bike since new and it probably has around 150 miles on it.. I never rode it much but recently got it out of the basement, and have been hitting the road with it on the paved bike trail - I was always a roadie and just got this bike because everyone was telling me that I just "needed" to get a mountain bike..

Anyway, the front fork is beat, no air. It bottoms out by just pushing on it or standing and pedaling. I've lost the manuals for the bike/shock and the pump that came with it.

Can anyone help me in what I would need to do to service it? It's not leaking so it doesnt need any seals, just air. How would i go about pupming it up? Sorry I'm really not mechanical and the caps on top of the forks dont have any valve on it. Just a little philips screw.
