    1997/8 Rock Shox Disc brakes

I just picked up a RS disc kit for front cable actuated calipers. The disc has 3 holes for mounting instead of 6. Is there a special hub that went with these brakes?
Any info on these brakes/hubs would be appreciated.

Yes, there was a different hub that went with the 3 bolt discs. I have a White Industries/Rock Shox hub that was given to me. I thought it would fit the Amp Research discs I had. The bolt circle diameter for the Rock Shox discs is different than the Amp Research though. I went ahead and made an adapter to run modern 6 bolt discs on the White Ind. hub but never built a wheel out of it. PM me if you are interested in the hub.

Those are cool and might work but I'm trying to use only period correct parts on this build. Thanks for the link though- I'll use it on another build.

Does your caliper look like the first 2 pics? The hubs are White Industries 3 bolt disc hubs, but note that the rotors shown do NOT fit the rear hub bolt pattern - see pic 5

The NEON hub utilizes a patented 3 bolts design, but the configuration means it can also be used in conjunction with standard 6 bolts disks
If your old 3 bolt rotors won't bolt onto a 6 bolt hub then they won't bolt onto a Neon hub.

This is a 'Shocks and Suspension' forum, wouldn't 'Brake Time' be a more appropriate place to post this ?
