'05 Fox VanillaR Fork Bottoming Out!!

I have an '05 Fox VanillaR set at 100mm travel and I have the yellow spring for 175-200 lbs rider I'm 195 w/gear and have been using it for a little over a year now and it has been a great fork and has never bottomed out.
Last month the seals started to leak so I replaced them with Enduro Seals and replaced the oil with Marzocchi 7.5wt oil and put in recommended levels according to the Fox manual. Since doing this I blow threw all the travel and occasionally bottoms out and now the right seal is leaking.

Anyone have any Idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

    Thanks,
    Greg

marzocchi 7.5w is thinner than stock oil, probably too thin for your weight.

at 40C marzocchi is 26.1 while fox is 31.82, a noticeable difference.
at your weight i'd choose beetwen 31.82 and 35.00
