01 sid sl for 02 duke sl

just looking into thoughts for trade i am being asked to partake in. i have a 02 duke sl 100 and i am looking to go to an 80mm travel fork. i am building up a salsa bandito. do you think it would be a fair trade if the sid has new uppers and rebuilt with zero rides on it when i get it. my fork is in like new condition(duke). also i am a 190lb rider who uses this bike only to do XC racing. i have other bikes for other riding. let me knwo what you guys think. here is the bike it is going on.

I think that both these forks are very comparable in terms of performance. SID is lighter so if you race, that's what you want. I am not sure how flexy the Duke is, but keep in mind that the SID is very prone to flex for a rider of your weight. Then again, you culd already be used to that with the Duke, but I don't know. At any rate if the SID was freshy rebuilt it is a fair trade for sure.
