    XTR Derailer Spring help

Does anyone know if I can get a new tension spring for a XTR Rear derailer?? The derailer does not function well pulling back to the high gears..

    Thanks for your help...

No, but did you clean it up really good, like WD-40, or ATF and then a good air compressor blow.

Have you adjusted the spring tension (small cam-screw inside the derailleur body)? Have you checked your cables for crud/gum? Both of these, I would say, are more likely than a worn-out spring. Here's a guide to overhauling your XTR.
