Upgrading from XTR M960 to XT Dyna-sys 10spd

So I have a full XTR M960 kit on my Yeti ASR. Integrated brake/shifters, rapid rise RD and the standard XTR set. Great stuff and have never had an issue with it. But it is getting a bit long in the tooth at this point.

Was thinking about "upgrading" to 10spd XT Dyna-sys. Have read some great things but was also thinking of going 2x10 also. I know that the XT cranks (2x10) wont be available until the fall at this point.

Was wondering if anyone else have ditched their XTR kits for newer XT? To get into a new XTR kit is a bit above what I am willing to pay.

At some point I'm sure I'll want 10spd, I'm just not sure why I should plunk that kind of money down for a new drivetrain right now. I've looked at the gearing plots and they just look really similar.
