Shimano customer service is so slow
Almost two months and no pedals. I broke them pulling up out of them and no response from Shimano!
Did you turn the warranty claim or have your LBS do it? Have you called them?

I have always likes there products, they now have a long time loyal customer.
I have some XTR pedals with them. Supposedly Performance sent them in and Shimano said they would give me some pedals for 30% of cost. These pedals are two years old and broke. Do you have Shimano's phone number? I cam going to call them because this sounds fishy. Those pedals were in excellent shape and ridden very little. Weird.
Anything XTR has a 3 year warranty. Normally Shimano will send out a new pair ASAP. As long as it has not been crashed, etc, etc. This sounds like a Performance problem, not Shimano....
