the latest saint rotor only comes in centerlock. don't know if the 6 bolt version will be released. but if it's of any interest, I hv the saint brakes running with 6 bolt rotors.
Any regular Shimano rotor should work, they're designed to work with ICE-tech rotors (which are great).
The Zee rotor is pretty much the same as the SLX rotor (it looks pretty similar to XT), it will be available in 6-bolt or centerlock, in all the normal sizes and has ICE-tech for improved cooling over conventional steel rotors.
The Saint rotor is 203mm only and centerlock only, it has extended fins on the aluminum part of the ICE-tech sandwich filling for further cooling imrovements, I'm guessing it's heavier and stiffer, though I don't know that stiffer is something that's going to change the way it performs.
