    FH-M756 rear hub rotor movment

I have a new bike with a FH-M756 6 bolt rear disc brake. When i have the rear brake applied and move the bike back and forth there was some movment, at first I thought the caliper was loose but upon closer inspection the rotor is moving slightly forward and back relative to the hub (not side to side but as if the bolts weren't tight). I looked closely and the bolts have a crimp lock folder over the bolt but is this right? Are the bolts tightened too losely? seems lame and strange but wanted to know if there is some low torque factory spec and they use the stupid folding lock things to keep the bolts from backing out.

They should be torqued down as shown here. The "tightening plates" just act as washers.

Ok so i checked the bolts for tightness

and they were loose, like finger tight loose. Shame on the wheelbuilder. I didn't remove the bolts but does shimano use blue threadlock like avid does?
