Raceface do a step down press fit bb30 bottom bracket to work with their 24mm axle cranksets, i expect this would also work with shimano cranksets.

SRAM also makes a press in adapter for PF30 shells to make them threaded bb compatible

EDIT: I kind of doubt Shimano will make a 30mm spindle crankset, they seem to be quite against it because they say it is not any stiffer. I think the biggest benefit to PF30 is the increased stiffness from the added real estate for the downtube to weld on.

I am about to order Niner Air 9 frame with PF30 BB, and where can I buy an adapter for use of Shimano XT/XTR crankset, either for press fit (73 mm BB width) or for ordinary threaded BB?

You can use wheels manufacturing step down adaptor without changing bottom brackets.

The easiest is this adapter SRAM PF30 to BSA which allows you to thread in the standard Shimano BB cups. I have used it and it works great.

PF30 has 46mm inner diameter. Its different to Pressfit which its in-dia 41mm or 42mm.
