Shimano RT-76's will do the job. They look like XTR centrelocks, but with 6-bolt design.

Avid G3 Cleansweep rotors come in 140mm 6 bolt rotors, as do Hayes V5 (5" = 140mm in their mind).

Hope floating rotors. The calipers need a couple of small spacers (I use the Shimano supplied ones that look like a miniature fork) to clear the 160mm rotor (maybe the 140mm too I can't remember) but apart from that they work fine. Good stopping power & quiet.

Rotors are nice and light too.
