Here's a thread and I put some links in it to some other threads that you can read to get a lot of information about this bike.

A friend of mine built a bike around that frame and loves it. He is running BB7, XT and Mavic 717 wheels. It is a 17" frame and weighs in the upper 20's. It was his first full suspension.

The Sette Ace is a "rotten apple?"

I disagree. Take a look at the reviews by owners on the mtbr forums; http://www.mtbr.com/cat/bikes/xc-sus...6_1526crx.aspx

11 of 14 owners gave this bike a 5/5 review, the other three 5/4.

This bike is an excellent value, a very good, fairly lightweight frame at a low end price. The complete bike is supplied with mid-level components at a low end price, again a good value, far from a rotten apple.

The "rotten apple" is from my signature. Calm down I'm not a bike snob. I agree is appears to be a good frame for the money. I have never ridden one so I cannot post a true review. That's why I posted links to other reviews.

I hope this isn't the start of a trend of first posts in support of Sette frames like another online bike seller here...s
