    Razzo pics?

Well now it seems like things have calmed down on the "other thread", I have a question.
I know there are pics on here of the stock Razzo bike. Nice deal for the $$$.
But has anyone bought just the frame and built it up that way with a parts spec they wanted or tried to "pimp" one out?
Just curious what people have come up with....
    Thanks

I'm very interested in the Razzo. The components seem very good for the price. The polished Aluminum looks amazing too.

I agree with Dictatorsaurus about the part spec and the polished look. I'm also really interested to find out if anyone has bought the complete bike and weighed it. If it truly is 26 lb with M505 pedals, then the deal is even more amazing.

The frame is pretty light to begin with. Look up the frame specs on PP website.

I read some reviews outside of this forum/website and they confirmed the weight is in the mid 20's.

One thing though you can't fit very wide wires in the back. Something to keep in mind.

I'm sure you can offset using the right type of rubber and thread pattern.

People seem to really like the Razzo, its a really good deal for the money. Only complaint from people that I have heard is lack of color choices, but thats pretty normal with Sette. The only bike/frame that comes in 2 colors is the Reken. I wouldn't let that stop you, you can always strip and have the frame powder coated, but it would make it less of a good deal.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the color. Powder coating will bring it closer to the EMD price from Niner and at that point I'd just buy the better frame.
I did e-mail Sette asking them about any plans on a color change option and got one of their crappy "We'll let you know when we're good and ready" type replies.
They really need to work on their customer relations....

They are very closed mouthed about new products.

Mine's a little over 26 lbs. Stock except for the following:

    M520 pedals
2.25 Ardents (tubeless with Stan's black strip)
FSA K-Force carbon flat handle bar
    Sette Blade ergo lock-on grips
    BBG bashguard
    Sette FX3 wireless bike computer
    16 inch frame

Thinking of doing a 1x9 since I can't remember when the last time I shifted out of the middle ring.

Without a doubt, there's plenty of room for weight reduction.

I can understand that, but have a little freakin' personality when talking to potential customers. People might take them a bit more seriously if they do.

I bet your bike computer, and the bash guard dont help your weight much. 1x9 would work really well on that bike. With the 12/36 cassette in the back you will still have plenty of up hill gearings.

    I find that surprising

The Frame has been out way longer than the bike, and I have seen built ones so they are around.

I am sure there is some scattered around the 29er section also.

Cool, thanks... I looked at them quickly and I though they were the stock bike.
I gotta order one of these up, I think.

The Razzo is near the top of my list to build up a 29er HT.
