    Transformation almost complete!

    Hello fellow Scott owners. I bought a 2012 Scale Comp which is pretty much an entry level 29er but nice aluminum hardtail frame. I got the bug to upgrade some components and just wanted to show what I've done. So far I upgraded the fork to a Recon Gold 100m TK which lightened up the front and rides nice, upgraded all of the drivetrain to 2x10 XT with 40/28 crank, 11-36 XT Cassette, M780 Rear D, M785 Front D, M780 Shifters, and HG93 Chain. Also just put on a new set of Easton Haven Wheels in the magnesium color and Shimano M785 Brakes w-203/180m ice-tech rotors. I think its coming along nicely and the bike rides like a dream. Obviously need to trim & tuck the brake lines and put on the I-spec brackets but Here's some pics;
