Sticky/Stuck return to open mode on Nude 2 shock

Hi just wanted to see if there is a way to operate the Nude shock without a remote or what parts are available for it. Mine seems to be a little sticky.

The Nude2 should, minus the cable, be in the full open mode by default. Does indeed sound like an issue with the spring - I had a similar issue on my Spark 10 with the original Nude shock. You can't get any parts for the Nude 2 as far as I'm aware, so it'll be a case of returning the shock to be serviced. Tbh I'd just ditch the shock and go to a Fox - the difference is night and day.
