    Spark question

Hi guys i am Ihsan from Turkey.
I am owning an aspect 50 and want to upgrade to spark.
I can currently afford a 2009 spark 50. But for 300 more bucks is a 2012 spark 60. The 2009 has a better configuration but the 2012 have a new frame. What you guys can recommend ?
    Cheers

Have you ridden both bikes? If so, which one do you like more?
Is the 2009 Spark used or been sitting in a shop unsold? If used, are you going to have to replace parts? Both bikes are nice, which one feels better to you when you ride it? The 2012 has Twinloc on it if that makes a difference to you.

    Spark question

Im gonna get the bike from the internet as i am in a distant city and dont have the chance to try it. Otherwise have to travel there. Both bikes are new.
I rarely lock my front fork in aspect bike. So i gonna need only to lock the rear suspension which i think the 2009 have a handy rear lock.
As you know the 2009 have a air fork and the 2012 have a coil fork. One of my concerns about this.
And as i mention 2009 is cheaper than the 2012. But the looking and color is awesome from 2012. Cant decide.

I thought both bikes had air based Recons but I guess the Spark 60 is coil based spring. Personally I like the 2009 better, but that's just my opinion, I don't think you can go wrong with either one of them coming from a HT.I just bought a 940 Genius and it's night and day difference from the HT that I came from.Good luck and enjoy your choice either way!

I like the Spark 50 better because it's mainly white. Two of my 3 bikes are black and I just like the color scheme better on the Spark 50. Components wise at a quick glance they both seem about equal so that's a wash in my mind, so that brings me to colors as a choice. I guess if I were to have only one bike I'd end up going with the 2012 Spark 60 just because it's newer. My guess is you'll be very happy with whichever one you choose, they both are nice bikes! At one point not to long ago I ran into a guy riding a Spark 50 in that color scheme and it just looked sharp in person.
