    Spark 29er Owners: High or Low and Why?

    What's your setting and why do you prefer it?

    Mine is at low- factory setting lol. Don't have a reason to change it

    Im thinking low provides a few more MM over the rear wheel (Preferred for climbing) so Ill be leaving mine at low, unless I get bored and swap just to see.

    High is better for climbing.
    Low is better for descending.

    As a racer, I find high to be the best all around setting as the bike still descends very well with the high BB.

    I switched to the high and find it better. A little bit more clearance and better turning more response in tight fast single track. All around high is better but low would be faster in non technical riding.
