Scott spark 900 series trunk rackable?

I just got my wife a scott spark 900 series, and I'm wondering due to the suspension design how it's going to work with our trunk rack. Any body hauling a spark around with a trunk rack? I haven't tried it yet, but I have a few ideas, but would love to hear the solutions/tips on how to make it work from the forum though.

I too just bought a spark, its coming ups tomorrow... I bought this in anticipation of having the same issue.

Amazon.com: Yakima Tube Top Crossbar Adapter: Sports & Outdoors

You don't have to buy this specific bar, but I am 99% sure you will need a bar.

Never seen one of those, thanks! I'm going to try a short trip today without anything, think I can use the top tube in front of the shock, and the rear triangle. I'll see how it goes and have that as the backup plan.

Actually worked good. Put the down tube on top of the block on the rack, and hung both of the seat stays on the other block, used some pool noodle and bungee cord to protect a few places that weren't covered.

Bro... I don't know how the heck you did this... I have a Yakima hitch rack and no way could I get my spark on without the extra bar... anyway, took a while before I figured out the correct way to get it on correctly... But got it...

next time we go ride I'll take a pic and post it up. Might be a while, baseball season is here and I'm at the field 6-7 days a week with my son.
