the pedal arms are worn on the outer ends due to them striking the ground even when I don't corner that aggressively on tarmac. Is the rear suspension misadjusted or is there another angle somewhere I can change to raise the pedal axle above the ground?

I also think the handlebar is too high, is there another piece between the upright steering pool and the central part of the handlebars I can buy to lower it?

Wider handlebars would be nice too.
