Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! Scott Gamblers 2012 and below

I just got a 2011 Gambler, so far first couple of rides I am loving it...

But I have a couple of questions,

    - Considering I am quite new to DH, IŽd like to know how to find the correct settings for the stock fork (2011 RS Boxxer Team?) and shox (Fox VAN R), can anyone point to the right info or give me any tips?

    - Is anyone riding 2.5 Schwalbe tires on the gambler? I am bit concerned a 2.5 Schwalbe or Continental wont fit the rear at all.

    - Where could I find a set replacemente set of bolts and bearings? Contacted scott about it but they say I have to get it from an autthorized dealer...

Sharing your bikeŽs pictures , settings in this thread is welcomed.

Congrats on a nice bike. I do believe that in the manual there should be a chart with recommended springs by weight as well as recommended sag (at least there was in my Voltage FR manual). For the fork Sram has a ton of useful info on their website under their "Service" tab for their forks: http://www.sram.com/_media/pdf/tunin...ngguide_en.pdf
As far as the tire goes I would think that a 2.5 Schwalbe would fit as my Voltage FR has 2.4 Big Bettys and i have run a 2.6 Ardent with no clearance issues.

meSSican, thanks for the reply, I will check the manuals as soon as I can.

Anyone out there running a CCDB or a Vivid on their Gamblers?
